The best part is that I can send out an email with links for my team members at any given time without having them look up information from our web pages or using other tools like Slack/HipChat etc..

It's also easy enough so non technical people don't have issues understanding it as well! There isn't much we dislike about this tool but there could be some improvements if you're looking into something more specific than just general engagement management (ie survey sending). We use APT exclusively now - no need anymore to rely upon someone else who has access outside work hours when questions come through during office business times since they've been able solve those problems too!!
