Great Service, Easy Setup and Love how quick Leads are generated

We love that we can use it with our CRM system for all leads/customers regardless if they have completed an engagement or not! Also is very easy to integrate into sales tools as well such Salesforce Chatter & Slack - which others do NOT offer like this at ALL. The only thing I dislike right now would be having some more customization options when creating new survey templates but again it's still relatively simple compared other SaaS solutions out there so its nothing major really either way!!

Ease of use as well as the efficiency it brings

The best part is that I can send out an email with links for my team members at any given time without having them look up information from our web pages or using other tools like Slack/HipChat etc.. It's also easy enough so non technical people don't have issues understanding it as well! There isn't much we dislike about this tool but there could be some improvements if you're looking into something more specific than just general engagement management (ie survey sending).
