I would like to say thank you to my neighbor Tim who recommended this type of voltage tester to me. I still want to thank you Tim, even though I know you'll probably never come here to read my comments. My old voltage tester broke. Then I borrowed one from my neighbor. Yes, it has the same tester as here. This was the first time I learned what exactly a "non-contact" voltage detector means. That means security. My old tester sparked a few times. It really scared me. Now I'm pretty sure this non-contact tester won't have such a problem. It has 9 adjustable levels to meet all the needs of my family home. Another great point is that the product comes with batteries. I really wish all electrical products came with the required batteries. I bought several products without batteries. Then I had to buy another box of batteries and only use two or even three. It really hurts
