I ordered this item for a computer I was building for my husband who is a professional photographer. When I opened the package and examined the product, I noticed that the plug was damaged. No big deal - I'm very comfortable and installed a new one in no time. Proceed with the installation on a computer and test it with a couple of cards and a USB stick. Everything worked fine. until my husband decided to try the compact card reader slot and we quickly realized that a few pins were bent. When I say bent, I mean I couldn't fix it. This item was a problem from the start and I can understand why the company doesn't accept returns. they wouldn't work! I would give zero stars here if I could.
