I like that it's easy to use, you can pay with debit or credit card directly from your bank account without having any problems at all! The support team are helpful but sometimes they don't respond quickly enough for me when i have questions about my billing information etc - which makes things difficult as there isn’t much time between paying online via their site vs using Paypal/bank transfer so if something goes wrong then its very hard getting hold of them in order find out what happened (and why). Also would be good adding an option where we could choose how long our parking spaces will stay available after payment has been made instead just leaving us waiting until someone else parks up / leaves before ours gets released back again!!
