The customer service team are very helpful, they always respond to messages within minutes and will help you with any issues that arise. I have never had an issue with them before now but this time around it has been different! They don't seem to be able to fix anything at all which makes me feel like i'm wasting my money by paying for their services when everything seems to break down. It's not good enough anymore so please do your research into other providers if you want reliable products…

I like that it's easy to use, you can pay with debit or credit card directly from your bank account without having any problems at all! The support team are helpful but sometimes they don't respond quickly enough for me when i have questions about my billing information etc - which makes things difficult as there isn’t much time between paying online via their site vs using Paypal/bank transfer so if something goes wrong then its very hard getting hold of them in order find out what happened…

I like that they are very easy to use, have great customer service (in person or online), fast response time for emails/phone calls etc., all good things! Nothing really as such but it would be nice if their payment options were more flexible - e-transfer only? Paypal maybe?!
