The customer service team are very helpful, they always respond to messages within minutes and will help you with any issues that arise. I have never had an issue with them before now but this time around it has been different! They don't seem to be able to fix anything at all which makes me feel like i'm wasting my money by paying for their services when everything seems to break down. It's not good enough anymore so please do your research into other providers if you want reliable products and support. Nothing really apart from the fact that there isn't much of a difference between these two companies as far as reliability goes because both offer excellent prices and great customer care. We use freeparking for our website.
