This steam cleaner is TERRIBLE! Revain's bestseller was out of stock so I bought this one. I needed to clean the grout and wanted an easy way to clean the tiles instead of just using a regular mop. I can comfortably hold my hand over the vapor because it doesn't get very hot and doesn't produce much vapor. It doesn't clean the upholstery at all, it just spurts random water splashes and leaves stains from water droplets. The crevice attachments don't really work because if you push a little the bristles fall out. Because you can mount so many different attachments on top of the machine, it's very heavy and feels like you're holding a drill. You have to press the button all the time to generate vapor. I will return it and wait to get another one
