Review on 🍹 Artcome 60 Ounces Glass Iced Tea Pitcher: Stainless Steel Strainer Lid, Hot/Cold Water Jug, Juice Beverage Carafe by Keith Harris

I have waited 3 1/2 months to review this item as durability was the most important factor for me. I've been making iced tea in this pitcher once or twice a week since I've had it. I was very tired of brewing tea in a container and pouring it into a pitcher. Why remove an extra element, right? I did a lot of research before making this purchase. I still don't heat it directly in the stove (I heat water in a kettle before pouring it into tea bags in a pot). Although the description says it can be heated in an oven, I'm still intimidated by the possibility of doing this with *any* glass jar. I also heat the pitcher before filling it with tap water. I like the jug very much. It fits and the workmanship is very nice. It is elegantly simple and modern. That is beautiful. It feels a lot more delicate than it seems. It fits perfectly on my fridge door. I wish it had a little more volume, but I preferred quality and reliability over quantity. I handle it very carefully, it's still glass. The supplied foam cleaning rod and the fairly large opening make cleaning easier. I've never torn the top off while watering. I made a small mark at the top with a black marker so I could easily line up the lid's opening with the spout (otherwise there's no indication of where "open" is on the lid). I am happy with this purchase and would buy it again.
