I just installed this for my computer. I was running many applications at the same time and it started to lag a bit when using multiple (and even one depending on the project) Adobe application. I decided to upgrade from 8gb to 16gb. I wasn't sure if the motherboard is qualified and if it can handle this memory. After doing some research I was pretty sure this would happen and I'm happy to report that it did! Depending on how much you know about computers, setting it up was easy. Just pull out the old memory and insert the new one (don't be afraid to press hard once you're sure they line up in the slot. They should snap into place). Just boot into Windows and check and it will read all 16GB! I noticed a slight change in speed, but I haven't really used it in my Adobe apps. I run Illustrator, Photoshop, Priemie and a few others as needed. Some Illustrator files are very complex and therefore take up a lot of disk space. This is the main reason I updated. It got to the point that when I clicked to select a group, it could take 4-10 seconds to get into that group. This is very time consuming if you need it very often. So I decided to give it a try. I'll update this as soon as I get a chance to tell you how it went!
