It's like the old saying you get what you pay for. My chair budget was tight and I didn't have much time to compare chairs, so I went with this one because it had casters (important to me due to the shaggy carpet in my home office), lumbar support, and armrests. My husband assembled it before I even knew it had arrived. The armchair didn't impress me much because it was very simple. This is quite difficult due to the lack of a real spacer. Overall it does what it's supposed to (maybe you just need a pillow for your highnie)!
