I know that's not what this gate is for, but. ! I live in the mountains where I don't need curtains at all. just something to feel a little bit more. Private. And when I'm sitting at the table in the dining room, I just don't like seeing reflections in the glass. I didn't want to use fabric. We have kitties who love perching by the windows and the fabric just wraps around the cat fur. So I bought some of these to hang at the bottom of the windows in the dining room and utility room. You can adapt them to the window sills as you wish. They work and I got so many compliments on them! They look beautiful outside and inside. I'll try to post a photo later if thing allows. These gates are strong and stay in place. I'm sure any creature could knock her over. but if they are trained, then that means "DO NOT CROSS". (Water spray bottles serve as a good and safe warning. Spray water, don't throw bottles! Ha!). You will do a good job.
