Bought this whisk for various starter cultures. Before purchasing this whisk, I tried using a regular metal whisk and a silicone whisk, both large and open. Even with use, most of the batter got stuck between the whisk pieces and was difficult to separate. Then I found this Danish dough whisk. The dough isn't sticky, cleans up easily, and is really good at blowing air into the dough (I like to bake sourdough bread with nice holes). I'm already thinking about a second whisk that I would like to have on hand at all times.
