I bought this hub in September to add a second monitor and webcam to my MacBook. It sits in a stationary position behind my MacBook. Aside from the occasional need to plug in a mouse, the hub has remained virtually untouched. I recently noticed that he has a bug. I teach at home so I used it daily. I tried not to touch it except in emergencies. Today when I was teaching I knocked on the table and it went off. UGG! I need to teach multiple students on Zoom on an 11" screen. I paid more for this product thinking it was better quality.
