I FINALLY got my hands on a pair of old hard drives! These things have been lying around my office for at least 10 years! I thought that one day I'll figure out what to do with them. While researching online, I found this product and thought "What the heck?". I've been pretty thorough in conducting further research (knowing me). I looked at other brands, read a few reviews and finally settled on this product through Revain. At $25.99, the price was right too. When I received my order, the first thing that struck me was that it was packaged very securely in a well designed box. The reader itself is well made, durable, and comes with everything you need to get the job done. I didn't even have to read any instructions (but I skimmed to make sure there were no "warnings"). It took about 1 minute to connect to the first of two old hard drives. As soon as I pressed the ON button, the hard drive started spinning and my laptop started downloading the necessary drivers. A minute later I was able to view the contents of the hard drive. SUCCESS! Same goes for the second hard drive, which I REALLY wanted to access some old files from! Much luck! Even though I'll never use this reader again, it more than paid for itself and gave me access to some important information and files! Hooray!
