Oil separator best in food filter
I used this to separate when I had a lot of oil in my soup. Even the soup is hot. All you have to do is scoop up all the oil, including the broth. The oil will be on top and the broth on the bottom. Press the bottom, it opens, you leave all the broth and now you can remove the oil.
