Poor quality! Doesn’t last long.
Each of these mop heads ripped in the area where it is supposed to attach to the mop after a couple uses. I contacted the company about this, and I was told is it is a consumable item that needs to be replaced. When I bought the original mop system, the posting said that if the mopheads tore, to contact the company for a warranty replacement. Now, they told me I have to buy replacements. They do not last long, even when they are installed perfectly.
