Didn't help my dog

I tried everything I could think of to calm my dog down because my 14 pound poodle mix gets along with every truck, bike, animal and pedestrian we encounter on our daily walks and when they get in driving a car, goes crazy . So far, only one eye patch works, which is simply impractical. That collar had no effect, so after a few weeks we just threw it away, which was another failed experiment.
