The most beautiful oil pastels. They glide like nothing else I've ever used, almost drowning in the side with their luxury. Now for the little things: there's not much color gamut per se, and Sennelier offers the usual black and white. Oil pastels to work with these glorious angels. In other words, you really get 10 dazzling colors, with black and white allowing you to control the intensity. At some point you will probably want to buy turpentine to play with: you have a choice of silver, bronze, gold, etc. (also an olive, a blue, a red, a pearl) that are better used when best for highlighting or mixing with a base color if you want vibrant colors. The colors are extremely rich, the pigment is second to none, it feels like velvet. It's like driving a Mercedes. It's very hard to go back. I am currently looking for a complete set of Sennelier pastels.
