The notepad is perfect - just what I need. I can move it down a bit if need be but it has helped me tremendously to maintain my resting level so it eases the pain. The gel or mold inside is not memory foam, which I really like. I didn't want small indentations, so I had to keep my hands in the same position all the time. The mouse palm rest is useless and more trouble than it's worth. I have to constantly find it as it slides all over the keyboard table. A lot falls on the ground and in general everything around it is not worth it. If I can manage to stay put with enough solitude, that's good and my hand feels a lot better. But I use my mouse, type a little and go back to the mouse and the wrist pad isn't in the same position. I've had one before, but it was built into some sort of mouse pad and wrist rest. If I find one I can buy without getting a wrist keyboard, I'll probably buy it. This one just gets in the way. I was a little wary of buying it as I didn't see how it would stay in place with the mouse. It had good reviews so I gave it a try. However, I was right; the keyboard stand is great - the mouse stand is useless.
