Loud and Poor Performance

I finally got this fixed as my original fan motor was still running but making chirping noises from time to time. This product is ideal for original equipment. The problem is that the fan performance is lower than the original fan and it makes noise all the time. It goes from a low buzz to a high buzz, and it always does. It's loud enough to disrupt normal conversations.
