I bought this posture corrector for two reasons. First, I work long hours and my job requires me to sit for long periods of time, which has resulted in a lot of slouching. The posture brace feels weird at first but you get used to it and it really helps me to remember to keep my chest straight and shoulders back. Second, I've always been over-confident about my body and weight, so this posture corrector really gave me the confidence to stop looking down, slouching, or slouching. I highly recommend this product! The quality and finish is really good and it's a great bonus as an inflatable travel pillow.
