Review on Skagen Men's Sundby Titanium and Stainless Steel Mesh Casual Quartz Watch: Sleek Style and Timekeeping Excellence by Krystal Saddler

I've always loved Skagen watches and when I needed them (or needed them) I jumped right to them. The style, size, shape and hues of this watch are amazing. I like the faded/brushed titanium case. The watch's numerals and date bezel reflect beautifully and glitter when tilted on the wrist, they are easy to read and you can hardly feel their presence. Unfortunately I have no idea what Revain is doing with this watch when they receive it but they are getting it wrong. This model came poorly packaged, looked used, the metal mesh strap was warped/deformed. [Unlike leather/silicone, you can twist the metal mesh strap beyond the minimum radius and it will be permanently damaged] This is a complement to another model that I bought at the same time for other occasions. [Photos not included as this is a different model] It arrived with a nick/face chipped off and its *replacement* had abrasions on the face and metal grille. At this point you might think it must be the manufacturer, but I've been buying Skagen watches almost exclusively for at least 15 years - their products don't look like that. Maybe the Fossil is messing things up, I don't know, but this is definitely not the Skagen watch I fell in love with forever. I returned everything and did not ask for a replacement as Revain continued to send us used or worn out junk. I can buy the same models directly in Skagen, but my "Oh, hooray, new watch!" mood turned to "How else can this watch disappoint me?". If you are reading this you can still keep that first vibe AND get a watch - you just have to buy it elsewhere.
