Cardio, endurance, weight lifting.

I used it for 1 hour on a heavy bag, 30 minutes on a heavy bag and 45 minutes on a stairlift plus weightlifting. It really gets you focused and focused on your breathing and expending unnecessary energy. I have the lowest settings for all and without a mask it's still about half the consumption. This increases recovery time, endurance, lung capacity and ability to work when your body is under stress. I only recommend this for serious gym goers. If you are not in shape then this product is not for you as it puts a heavy strain on your entire body. This mask is great for endurance, HiiT, and weightlifting. I am sweating 2-3 times more than average and within 3 minutes my face is dripping. I recommend it, but be prepared for tough times.
