BORITAR: The Store Responsible for Ruining All of My Baby Dreams

I recently became a parent, and as a result, I had high expectations for BORITAR. I couldn't wait to look through their product selection on their website and discover the things that were just right for my infant. I'm sorry to say that my time spent with BORITAR was a complete and utter waste. To begin, navigating through their website was an exercise in futility. It was disorganized, leading to confusion, and there were far too many pop-ups. It seemed like finding something as basic as a blanket required a degree in rocket physics on my part. When I did eventually come across a product that piqued my interest, I discovered that it was sold out. And this kept happening over and over again. It seemed that every time I located something I desired, it was immediately taken off the market. And don't even get me started on their poor attention to the needs of their customers. When I attempted to get in touch with them to ask a question about one of their products, I was met with a representative who was impolite and unhelpful, and it was obvious that they did not care about my concerns. In the end, I decided not to continue using BORITAR because I was able to locate superior infant products elsewhere. My baby dreams were shattered by BORITAR, which is a shame because I had such high expectations for them. This is one retailer that I would never suggest to my worst adversary.

Pros
  • Highly impressive
Cons
  • Variability in the grade of the goods
