The water tastes great and costs less than a third the price of Everpure.

Ok, some posts point to the seat of the filter in the holder. It has more resilience (sucks?) than the Everpure cartridge. Make sure the cartridge is turned to the right (when facing it) to hold it in place (before the valve opens the whole cylinder seems a little loose, but after filling everything is fine ).
