All reviews say it unreliable product, exactly, I would really like to read the reviews before buying. The product is not very durable, the cups do not stand evenly. The bottom of the mugs is lower than the lid, which prevents the epoxy from staying on the rim of the mug and then causing huge bubbles or drips at the bottom of the mug. It is impossible to make the rack strong so that this does not happen. The included foam is adjustable, but if you cut it to fit a small cup, you won't be able to use it for a larger cup. You must choose a cup size and stick to it. Overall I would not recommend buying this product, especially with all the other options available.
