Hasn't worked since purchase. Many failures.

The wobbler came with a broken wire behind the switch which was the first problem. I emailed the company and replied two days later. Once I connected the wiring properly, everything worked. Now it turns on and moves halfway in either direction before the gears become misaligned and start grinding. I bought this to practice ahead of pigeon season and it looks like the season will be over before this thing works. There has been no answer to the second question for a week.
