I like how easy it was to get started with this product. The training was very thorough and we were able to quickly learn what features are available within our organization. It's also one of those products where you can use several different tools at once without having to pay for each separate service. As others have mentioned in other reviews, there isn't much out there when it comes to BPA solutions. This really helped streamline processes by creating templates and assigning tasks to users while keeping track of progress through the system.
