After installation it turned out that the screen was defective. The screen was completely blacked out, but you can hear the phone is on because when it's plugged in/unplugged to charge or vibrate, it makes a sound. I returned the old cracked screen to see if it would work and it worked. Which would only mean that the newly ordered screen was defective. I've searched the internet for a fix for the iPhone screen dimming and restarted it many times. The screen stayed black so I emailed the seller and they responded within a day. I told them about the situation and they offered to replace the screen. In less than a week they came for replacement and were installed immediately. Now I have a new fixed screen iPhone. I would highly recommend this product/seller as although the first screen was broken the only thing I could worry about was that I had just spent money repairing the phone. It's the little things that matter most, so thank you for the service.
