UPdate: I bought this 10 months ago and it smoked yesterday. No links to contact support. For what this cost it should have lasted a couple of years at least. Not Happy! .posed when I received it. I have not had a chance to use my Autogen jump starter at this time, but it looks well built and love the case. It's pretty light weight so I'm happy about that as I plan on carrying it on my motorcycle when I do trips and need something that will fit in my travel bag and not take up so much room nor weigh it down. This will work great for that. I think I'm going to like it a lot.
