I had very damaged hair from frequent coloring and using it once a week my hair felt fantastic! my hairstylist also said my hair wasn't that damaged when i came in for a touch up and she was very impressed with how beautiful my ends were after using this product. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a hair restoration product. How I used it: I applied it to about half of my hair, completely covering the ends. I left it on for 30-45 minutes and then hopped in the shower to rinse it off and apply my regular shampoo and conditioner.
