Review on πŸ”₯ US STOVE CO Kettle Fireplace 3Qt Black: Stylish and Functional Heating Solution by Matt Travers

Vogelzang TK-02 fireplace boiler, cast iron, 3 liters Vogelzang

For me it corresponds to the description and serves its purpose perfectly. -- Looks better than what we used to humidify the air. The only downside, if you can call it that, is that you have to be careful when pouring it into the sink as it will chip more easily, the ceramic sink is of course inherently *heavier than a cheap old pan, and make sure you add hot water if it is already hot or allow to cool before adding. Occasionally we'll catch it at a cooler time, the moment that hasn't overcooked, and carefully pour it onto an even cooler stovetop. When it's a scorching hot stove and it's dry -- *think* --put it gently on the stone "fireplace", wait a bit, put out the fire, *then when it's cool, refill it and replace it (if necessary). say that?). It seems to us that with the lid almost open (so as not to "boil" so easily), we can get through the night with a little water. If it's a red hot oven, maybe 2-3 hours. Be careful again. Its purpose for us is to decoratively keep the air "moist" than it otherwise might be with highly dehumidifying firewood. We run fires mostly 24 x 7 x 7 at 45F or lower with backup heater as needed. -- If that's too cumbersome for you, the old 4-liter stainless steel pot is going back -- didn't look bad :-)
