I got this on a whim after seeing an ad on social media for a similarly shaped neck pillow that helps correct the "hump” neck that office/desk workers can sometimes struggle with. I have noticed my neck protruding from the base for the last several years and had some pain, but only at work when I was looking down at my desk. I have not used this consistently enough to notice change, but it does help with pain relief. I do feel that my neck feels more comfortable after using this pillow. Only complaint I have is that the pillow has a very strong chemical smell that lasts for several weeks. I keep mine put away in the closet so it does not smell up other items or areas in my home.
