Plenty of water will come out of the hole where the blue thread is attached to the plastic bag.
I used this bag to carry Clorox germicidal wipes in my pocket. I have used wipes to clean and disinfect various surfaces that may have had Covid-19 droplets on them. Clorox ran out of the plastic bag onto the material of my pants and discolored my pants beyond repair.
