My kids and I were so excited to get this tree especially with the Black Friday discount. But upon receipt I was immediately disappointed with the way the items were packaged. There were no instructions or labels. The base was not attached to the stand as shown in the photos. It was exactly the same diameter. So I suspect I'm missing something in my tree. After watching videos of other similar trees, I found that my tree was missing some sort of mullion or something that could fit in the frame. I sent it back to Amazon the very next day. I bought another tree that is $20 more but has over 2,000 reviews and instructional videos. No more headaches. I'm excited to finally put up my own tree for my kids and I love it too.
