Extremely disappointed with this "certified refurbished" product. The quality was more like a used product that was not refurbished. I usually don't mind buying refurbished products. In most cases, they are almost the same as a new device after a few weeks of use. I expect minor scratches and wear, but for the most part I expect "Certified Refurbished" to be in "Like New" condition. The number of small scratches all over the device, there was a small cut on the body of the power cord, and it was already gathering in a heap. Spend $30 more to get a new one. It will probably take a lot longer.
