Review on HIKARI Conversion Headlight Flickering Resistor by Rich Ferguson

Plugged them in hoping they would fix the bug issue. When I plugged them in none of the headlights worked so I swapped them out to see if the problem was with the polarity. Neither combination worked. When I applied an ohmmeter to test, only the positive side had a connection, the negative did not. I checked the power supply directly to the headlights and got 12V, connected the end of this element, observing the polarity, checked with a voltmeter and got 0V. Needless to say, it's rubbish. My work is related to electronics, so this is not a new field for me.
