Review on Smart Port System (SPS) by Nathaniel Collins

Easy to use interface for all users in the organization. It has good features like electronic manifesting which can be used very easily without any technical knowledge or expertise required. Good integration between APM software from Sysco Software & Electronic Manifestation Management Systems made it easy to work together seamlessly as they both are using same platform now. Overall there was no issue while working at smartport but when I have been asked by my colleague about some improvements then we had few issues regarding customization options available within this product. We were able to do lot more things than what other companies would usually offer because of its flexibility along with high end customer support offered by them. This helped us to handle our business operations smoothly.
