Much needed pain reliever
I was initially a bit skeptical about the whole precision massage idea, but it turned out I was wrong. Multiple settings are ideal for going from small muscles with light tension to large muscles with deep knots. I had deep lumps under my shoulder blade from untreated weightlifting injuries over 7 years ago. I used the 3200 setting for about 6 minutes a night and noticed a reduction in the tightness, pain and overall size of the knot. I definitely recommend this product, so upgrade after a month of use
