Review on Easybee by Kadarius Gentry

I like how easy it is for an agent (the customer) to reach out via phone number/email contact info provided by EasyBee! They are very helpful & quick at responding if there's any issues they need assistance resolving. The price point needs improvement - however this makes sense since their rates aren't much higher than other providers offering similar services. We've found them useful so far because we're able to communicate quickly w/ our clients through email as well when needed without having too many agents handling calls simultaneously which would be more costly elsewhere.
