Review on Anavim by Matthew Shankar

Anavim was the retailer from which I most recently acquired some outdoor furniture and accessories; however, my experience with their customer support was less than satisfactory. When I attempted to get assistance from the company's customer support department because the canopy I had purchased was difficult to put together, I was met with responses that were unhelpful and condescending. When I tried to return the cushions for the patio furniture, I was met with additional frustration and delay, and the cushions started to fade almost immediately after I bought them. It is abundantly obvious that Anavim does not place a high priority on the satisfaction of their customers, and as a result, I would not recommend their products to anyone who is looking for quality and attentive service.
