It functions perfectly, nothing unusual.

If you have good speakers or headphones, before that you always sat on the built-in and thought that a separate sound system is nonsense, then I recommend trying it, you will rediscover your acoustics. We compared the previous model (Sound Blaster Z, this card is its complete successor) with the MSI X399 motherboard and it's just heaven and earth. I do not recommend it, only if you have the past generation now, you will not feel the difference at all.

Pros

The sound is just great (before that there was X-Fi Titanium), the difference is really felt. There are no bass overloads, presets for various scenarios are built into the software, the sound as a whole has become more legible. In BF2042, I finally started to hear music at the end of the round, and not just explosions and gunshots.

Cons

Its biggest drawback is the periodic disappearance from the system when starting the PC! The software simply does not see it, you either have to overload the computer, or even turn off the power supply through the toggle switch. At what the same bug was with Sound Blaster Z and this has never happened with X-Fi Titanium! Only for this and beveled 2 stars, this fact is very infuriating.
