Great Deal for a Nice Upgrade! Be prepared to take your installation time. Also note that the green wire is missing from the instructions. This is the bottom from the bulb to the top plate. They need to be connected as a single solid ground, but other than that missing info, installation was pretty straightforward. We used rods to cover the cables to keep them looking straight and tidy. This time we used amber Edison bulbs and they have a nice warm glow that still puts out quite a bit of light.
