When the bedding set arrived I washed it as usual to remove the glue. There was a slight smell of vinegar when opening the packaging, but this dissipated after the first wash and the fabric was pleasantly soft to the touch. It was definitely more weight than expected, excellent quality. The seams have also been stitched with decorative stitching, a nice touch. What they called a flat sheet was more like a light summer duvet to use when the duvet is too warm. I will be using this with a full set of sheets and the lighter binding makes it more versatile. In general I was satisfied and pleasantly surprised by the quality and price of this product. It's bright but it's what I expected and I like it.
