I like these scourers because they are stainless steel, they are better than some other steel pots and definitely better than the 3M green sponge I have used in the past. Green dish sponges did the trick, but with more work and harder to clean, stainless steel washcloths are easier to clean and do a good job of removing burnt-on food residue. I would recommend them. They also work well with my stainless steel pots and pans. I do not recommend them for other pans with special coatings.
