This product had everything mentioned and appeared to function properly. I didn't get a chance to use it because no matter how much I tightened the adapter to the fill valve it leaked on both sides, considerably enough that this product would have been a nuisance for me. I went out and bought a larger wrench just to make sure I was tightening the adapter to the max and still leaked. The fill valve on my toilet was connected with plastic parts, and these seem tighter and more leak-proof than the lightweight metal used for this product.Other than that, the structure, had I left it installed, was bulky and raised the toilet seat up by about a half-inch, so that it would have been at an incline. Rubber stoppers were included but with no adhesive. This product was a little all over the place.
