Review on Predictly CX by Sam Anez

I liked how fast it was for me as an analyst to create my own models and predictive reports on our data set. It's easy to get started using this platform! The interface can be somewhat clunky at times (especially in mobile). There are many different ways of creating predictions but sometimes they're not very intuitive or straightforward. If you are looking for something where you don't have to spend hours learning new tools then Predictive Analytics might be right up your alley. We were able to use the tool to help us understand what we could do differently when engaging with current clients versus potential clients.
