Goodbye Cottonel! You have lost a customer! I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this product. The toilet paper itself is good. But narrow the roles? For real? The toilet paper rolls I buy from Costco are at least 3/4 inch wider. Your buns look absolutely ridiculous on my toilet paper roll. You look cheap. They look like miniature buns. I hope that changing the size of your buns will save you enough money as it will make you lose customers. Absolute disappointment! The roll is approximately 3.75 inches wide. I can only shake my head and sigh. Pictures say more than a thousand words. And I see the manufacturer responding by somewhat reducing the rolls so they can continue to invest in the product and bring you the Cottonelle toilet paper you know and expect. So we're being scammed so they can save money so they can bring me the product I'm expecting? I expect to get what I got before, unless it says the buns are smaller than before. I don't see what the description says. Buyer warning!
