The product works well for us with our mobile users because of its robust features like GPS tracking and geofencing to give us the data we need but not too much information as to how many people visited the website or app etc. It can sometimes be difficult to get more detailed info than just location - this makes sense though based on privacy concerns. If you are looking at ways to build your business through digital marketing I believe that this platform could help you reach new audiences to find customers from their platforms and other sites where they may have been introduced by word of mouth or social media advertising. As a customer myself my main concern would be if the service were down one day when i needed access to make changes to my account which would cause me some inconvenience - so as far as ease of use goes - no issues there. A couple things such as geofence detection needs to work better because it has only detected 2 events thus far. The best part about working with this team of designers/engineers are their passion for creating outstanding solutions to our challenges! They were able to create something we never thought possible (and needed!). Their ability to listen intently while providing insightful feedback makes them stand out as excellent problem solvers who love what they do. I would highly recommend using these guys!! We need more people like them. !
